I began exploring spirituality and personal healing around 2009. My initial intention was not to become a teacher, but to find healing for myself.

Challenges in my family, relationships, and work left me feeling exhausted and lost. I began searching for answers about life and exploring how our emotions influence our bodies, relationships, and everyday experiences.

As I continued learning, I came to realise that our relationships with others often reflect the relationship we have with ourselves. As I began to understand and accept myself, I gradually reclaimed my inner strength and personal sovereignty.

In late 2016, I began teaching Angelic Reiki® in Malaysia, sharing the system I had trained in through the UK. In the autumn of 2019, I travelled to the UK on my own to further deepen my studies and experience. Having already completed my teacher training before then, this journey was an opportunity to explore other teachings within the same system, including New Shamballa and the Golden Heart Merkabah.

Over the years, I have accompanied students from different backgrounds, beginning with self-healing. Some simply wish to reconnect with themselves, while others continue into deeper learning and gradually develop healing into another direction in life.

These years of learning and teaching have made me increasingly certain of one thing:Spirituality is not about escaping reality, nor is it merely about sensing energy or having mystical experiences.

True learning ultimately comes back to everyday life—how we approach relationships, work, money, health, and every choice we make in life.

What I do today is accompany each person who comes to the classroom as they learn about healing, while also rediscovering themselves, reconnecting with who they are, and bringing this awareness back into their everyday lives.
