The Golden Heart Merkabah Workshop helps us understand the process through which consciousness becomes creation, and recognise how our beliefs, choices, and inner states shape the life we are experiencing.

You may already be familiar with spirituality, healing, or personal development, yet wish to move beyond concepts and experiences to gain a deeper understanding of the principles of creation. This course invites you to integrate what you have learned, experienced, and realised into a more complete understanding.

Sacred Geometry and the Principles of Creation
The Flower of Life, Metatron's Cube, and other forms of sacred geometry are more than beautiful patterns. Through their shapes, proportions, and structures, they illustrate fundamental patterns that repeat throughout life.
These patterns can be observed in nature, the human body, architecture, art, and the structure of the universe. Through this exploration, we begin to understand that the principles of creation we observe in the outer world are also present within us.
In the Golden Heart Merkabah course, we also explore angels from the perspective of sacred archetypes. Angels are not merely winged beings; they represent the creative forces, order, and wisdom present throughout the universe.
What Is Merkabah Light Body Activation?
Within the Golden Heart Merkabah system, the Merkabah can be understood as an energetic structure associated with our consciousness and light body.
Light Body Activation is not about escaping reality or seeking extraordinary mystical experiences. Rather, it helps us reconnect with ourselves, expand our awareness, and gradually bring our inner understanding into everyday life.
As our awareness shifts, we may begin to recognise our thought patterns, emotional responses, and life choices more clearly, allowing us to make more conscious decisions about the life we wish to create.
What Is True Manifestation?
Manifestation does not mean that simply thinking about something repeatedly will automatically make it happen.
The reality we experience reflects, to some extent, our state of consciousness. When we hold long-standing beliefs that we are not good enough, have no choices, or must live in scarcity, these beliefs can influence how we make decisions, relate to others, and respond to opportunities.
True manifestation begins with recognising what we believe, then gradually aligning our inner beliefs, life choices, and actions. Real change begins with this awareness.

According to the Golden Heart Merkabah tradition, Kevin Core and Christine Core received the teachings of this system through their connection with the Angelic Kingdom of Light.
Christine began her journey with sacred geometry and the Flower of Life many years ago, and later developed the Golden Heart Merkabah system. Although this course differs from other Flower of Life teachings, it also embraces the exploration of life's wisdom through geometry, structure, and form.
Rediscovering Who We Are
The greatest gift of this course is not more complex spiritual knowledge, but a set of approaches that we can observe, experience, and practise.
As we begin to recognise the connections within life, we gradually realise that we have never been separate from life, God, or the divinity within us.
We no longer simply wait for life to change. Instead, we begin to recognise our own power and take a more conscious and responsible role in creating the life ahead.
Course Structure & Learning Experience
The Golden Heart Merkabah course is a progressive learning journey. Beginning with the foundations of sacred geometry, consciousness, and the principles of creation, students gradually explore the understanding, activation, and practical application of the Merkabah light body.
Initiation & Meditation Experience
During the introductory initiation of the Golden Heart Merkabah course, students are guided through meditation to enter the Great Pyramid of Giza in their consciousness. Under the guidance of the Egyptian and sacred archetypes associated with the teachings, they experience this introductory initiation process.
During the meditations and initiations, students also connect with Egyptian sacred archetypes such as Thoth, Isis, Horus, and Osiris. The emphasis here is not on religious belief, but on exploring the teachings through meditation, symbolism, and personal experience.
Course Format
The Golden Heart Merkabah course consists primarily of three days of in-person learning, complemented by a half-day online session. The course includes theoretical teachings, meditation, an exploration of sacred geometry, practical exercises, and Merkabah light body activation, allowing students to gradually integrate what they learn through direct experience.

After completing the Merkabah course, I found that my mind became clearer and I felt more grounded and confident.
